PIC SAY是一款功能簡易的圖片編輯軟體，小朋友如果覺得平時拍的照片有點死板，可以使用內建功能來讓照片多一點變化喔！
不過要注意的是，主角還是你的照片啦！別放太多特效，喧賓奪主喔！
